Racing eights and fours have long used this idea to make transport and storage less difficult. Applying it to the smaller boats means that it is possible to combine racing performance with a boat that can be easily stored - it even comes in a box! The relatively small - and incredibly light - parts make carrying the boat to the water hassle-free. Using a minimum of simple fastenings - wingnuts, and our quick-release riggerplate system, means that you can get your boat assembled and launched onto the water in only a few minutes with everything still perfectly set up; there's also much less risk of damaging it.
